Parent–Child Art Therapy
When big feelings or everyday interactions become challenging, shared art-making can create room to notice each other, communicate and reconnect. The relationship matters more than the finished piece.

You don't have to explain everything before you begin. Explore emotions, experiences, changes and relationships through creative making and therapeutic reflection, at your own pace.
Explore adult art therapy ↗Not everything is black or white.
Feelings, relationships and experiences often live somewhere in between. Greyscale is a space to notice that complexity — without rushing to find the perfect explanation or a single right answer.
Making something with your hands can open a different kind of conversation. The process may involve clay, sculpture, wood, drawing or other materials, chosen with care for the person and session.
A first step can be simple.

If you have a question not covered here, you can ask in the introductory call.
Do I need any art experience?
No. You don't need to be good at art. What matters is the process, not producing a polished piece.
Is art therapy only for children?
No. Greyscale offers individual art therapy for adults, alongside Parent–Child Art Therapy and organizational programs.
Will every session involve clay or woodwork?
Not necessarily. Materials and activities depend on each person's needs, preferences, session purpose and safety considerations. Art therapy is not the same as a recreational craft class.
